Creamy Vanilla Ice cream Protein Shake

Milkshakes may bring all the boys to the yard but they also bring high sugar, and carbs so I created this really simple protein shake that has the creaminess of a milkshake without the high fructose, plus whatever the hell else fast food restaurants make milkshakes out of.
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Magnum Quattro in vanilla ice cream flavour)
16 oz of water, or almond milk (if your a coffee lover, you can also substitute 16 oz of cold brewed coffee)
4-5 pieces of ice (don't use anymore because it will make your shake too icey)
1 tbsp of natural peanut butter (I use Adams all natural peanut butter)
Here's how you do it:
1. Put all ingredients into your blender
2. Depending on the power of your blender, blend for 20-40 seconds (I use my Blendtec and it only takes 15 seconds)
3. Serve and enjoy a thick, creamy vanilla 'milkshake'
4. note: using a reusable straw makes this shake even better
