Keto Pancakes

This pancake recipe is dummy proof, throw everything in the blender, and your good to go. You can use Almond Flour or Coconut Flour to make these delicious low carb pancakes - all the taste with none of the guilt. This recipe can easily be used to make waffles as well.


Almond Flour Pancakes

  • 4 oz of softened cream cheese

  • 4 eggs

  • 3/4 cup of almond flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 to 2 tbsp sweetener of your choice (I use granulated Swerve)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • a dash of cinnamon

Coconut Flour Pancakes

  • 4 oz softened cream cheese

  • 4 eggs

  • 4 tbsp of coconut flour

  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 to 2 tbsp sweetener of your choice (I use granulated Swerve)

  • a dash of cinnamon









Here’s how to do it:

  1. Toss all ingredients into your blender (I use my Blendtec for this)

  2. Blend for 45 seconds to 1 minute

  3. Let batter sit for 10 minutes before cooking

  4. Cook like regular pancakes, top with fresh berries (optional) and sugar free syrup (I use Lankanto Maple Flavoured Syrup)
