Keto Alfredo Sauce

It's all about the PASTAAAAAAA. Just kidding, its all about tricking yourself into thinking your indulging with a creamy pasta dish without all the extra carbs and bloat. This is a easy alfredo recipe, you can add in chicken as well but I would recommend cooking your chicken separately and adding it to the sauce once it is cooked.
2 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup parmesan cheese (I would recommend using the real stuff none of that powdered stuff)
3 cloves of garlic, minced
paprika to taste (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Here's how you do it:
1. Add butter and heavy cream to pan, bring to boil over medium high heat
2. Add in garlic
3. Remove from heat and add in parmesan cheese, stir until smooth.
4. Season with paprika, salt and pepper to taste
5. Serve hot, immediately over al dente florets of broccoli
