Keto Coconut Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies

The hardest part of keto for me is my damn sweet tooth so trust I was going to find a way to trick my mind into thinking I'm eating sugar. I use Swerve Sugar Replacement and Krisda Stevia Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips making this sweet treat sugar free.



Ingredients






Here's how to do it:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees

  2. Mix the sweetener, butter, vanilla, and eggs in a large mixing bowl or KitchenAid

  3. Stir in the coconut flour, baking soda and salt. Fold in chocolate chips

  4. Form dough into tablespoon size scoops and drop onto parchment or silicone mat lined cookie sheet

  5. Flatten each dough ball out with your fingers

  6. Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes or until cookies are golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool on wire rack before removing from pan

  7. Be sure to allow adequate cooling time otherwise the cookies may crumble. Store cookies in the refrigerator in a air tight container
