BUILT WITH ROMA
Based on your current physique, activity level and goals, I will provide you with a step by step workout program which will include daily workouts
Workouts can either be home or gym based, based on your preference/ available equipment
You will have access to a video exercise database, so you can execute your training plan correctly
A custom meal plan built based on your lifestyle, dietary restrictions and personal goals
Dietary Restrictions I work with: Vegetarian, Vegan, Pescatarian, Dairy Free, Gluten Fee, Lactose Intolerant, Keto
Meal plan will include multiple breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack options so you don't get bored and defeated
You will receive access to an inclusive subscription of healthy recipes created and curated by me
Personalized Check In's
I will provide personalized check in's throughout your training program at week 3, 6 and 8 via email or video call
You will have access to contact me with any questions, or concerns throughout your program
Once your program is complete, you will be apart of the Built with Roma community and have the opportunity to continue your fitness journey
Built with Roma training plans are designed and created for each individual client based on specific goals, lifestyle, medical history and dietary restrictions. All plans are personalized and are not 'one size fits all'.
All plans are customized, and require specific time and research to build. Additional fees may apply due to elaborate dietary restrictions and/or medical history. Completing a client intake form as well as a dietary record will be required.
